SPOOKY!!

We have been CRAFTING! Jack and Henry and I have been making Halloween decorations so we can make our house 'SPOOKY'. (you have to say it like you mean it). We made spiders and bats and ghosts (pronounced ghost-es) to hang on the ceiling fan and a very cool mummy costume. Happy Haunting!

Fancy Clothes

Jack insisted on wearing his jacket to church on Sunday. Henry wanted to
wear his suit and they told Lars he had to wear his too. They wanted to take pictures and Jack said, "Hey, let's put these on our bog (he means blog)".

Grandma's Birthday

We made this video for my mom's birthday. The kids made pictures and so we scanned them into the video too. It was our first attempt at making a 'movie' an I think it turned out pretty good.

Float Float Float Your Boat!

There was quite a river running down our gutter last week and the kids were trying to float leaves and it wasn't working very good... I made them all paper boats and we floated them down the gutter. It's all fun and games 'til daddy says, "It's like playing in raw sewage." So then the fun was over.

Brinley had more fun just stepping in the water and splashing. She really did have fun - her boat sunk after a couple of runs so she was a little bummed.

Hungry Hungry Hippos

Henry loves loves loves playing games. He had been asking to play Hungry Hungry Hippos for so long and I always said, "Brin will eat the marbles". He was pretty tired of hearing that so his bright idea was, "She can play too!" So here she is - with the most patient daddy around - absolutely loving it. I love the little dance she does as she hits the hippo. (The blanket just to Lars' right is where Jack is sleeping. He could sleep through a train coming through the room!)

Memories

This is my grandma, Faun Livingston Reynolds
This is me, Grandma Reynolds, Brenda Flinders (my mom) and Jack Christian Larsen the day he was blessed, December 31, 2008.

Babies

I didn't realize I had all these old pictures on my computer but aren't they adorable? This is my mom and her twin brother; Brent and Brenda Reynolds (Many of you comment on Brinley's chunky legs - you can see where she gets them from)

Bigger Pictures

I was just reading another blog that told about how to make your pictures bigger - so I tried it with this picture of my grandparents; Asa Fletcher Reynolds and Faun Livingston Reynolds.
This picture was taken at my wedding after being married for over 50 years!
